Real Madrid are confident of signing Mbappe in 2021

Kylian Mbappe has an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain until June 30th, 2022. This means the French champions have exactly one year to sign a new deal with the young star. Real Madrid are keeping a close look into Mbappe’s situation, and if the player doesn´t sign a new deal next season, the Spanish giants will have his situation under control. Mbappe’s approach by Los Blancos will follow the situation as it was with Courtois and Hazard.

Real Madrid is confident the player will resist all PSG’s moves to re-sign him. The French club has exactly one year from now to make the deal. If the club doesn’t sign a new deal with Mbappe until July or August 2021, the player will be free to leave in January 2022.

Mbappe’s price will be the same in 2021?

In a scenario where PSG doesn´t convince Kylian Mbappe to sign a new deal, the player’s market value will not be the same with one year left in his contract. For sure PSG will be a very tough club to negotiate, especially for a player like Mbappe. However, the bargaining power will not be on their side, as the player will have the possibility to leave for free 6 months later.

Real Madrid knows time is on their side, if the player doesn´t sign a new deal. For Mbappe, the decision would be between a multi million renewal with the Parisians or fullfill a child dream of playing with Real Madrid’s shirt.

Next season will be full of tough decisions for PSG. Not only the club will have to make a huge effort to convince Mbappe to stay, but also there’s Neymar’s situation. Everything can change if the team wins the UEFA Champions League this season!
